1 pack SHICKEN Tikka Kebabs (small or big)

Mash

2 large sweet potatoes, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt

Roast Veg

1 carrot (cubed), ½ red onion, handful Brussels sprouts (halved), 1 tbsp oil, salt

Glaze

2 tbsp BBQ sauce or spiced glaze

Finish

Fresh thyme, black pepper

Action

Roast sweet potatoes whole or cubed at 200°C until soft (20–25 mins), mash with oil + salt until smooth

Roast carrots, onion, Brussels sprouts with oil + salt until caramelised (20 mins)

Cook SHICKEN Tikka Kebabs in pan until charred and heated through (5–6 mins)

Warm BBQ/glaze slightly

Plate: spread mash, top with roast veg + tikka pieces

Spoon over glaze, finish with thyme + black pepper
