Yes – all our meals are gluten-free, except for the Teriyaki Kebab.

Our main ingredient – SHICKEN pieces made from pea protein – is naturally gluten-free, making it a perfect base for allergen-friendly meals.

We made the shift in 2024 to focus on creating meals that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions.

All our meals are 100% plant-based – no meat, no dairy, and no animal by-products.

That means they’re naturally halal, as well as packed with flavour, protein, and fibre.

Everything we make is vegan by default – no meat, dairy, eggs, or animal-derived ingredients.

Your order will always arrive frozen.

While we try our best to pack your parcel with ice, however on warmer days, your parcel might arrive partially thawed.It is still perfectsafe for consumption and home freezing

We recommend you freeze the products as soon as you receive them and cook from frozen anytime.

• The best before date on the front of pack is for frozen (i.e. in the freezer) shelf life, which is generally 18 months.
• In chilled (i.e. in the fridge), the product has 7-day shelf life.

Once opened, consume within 2 days.

We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Fridays for Saturday delivery (extra fee). No dispatches on bank holidays.

• Orders placed before 10 am on a processing day will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery.
• During holidays and sale periods, processing times may be longer.

We value our customers in Northern Ireland, Scotland, and other specific regions across the UK. DPD typically provides a 2-5 working day delivery service to these areas. Orders from these regions are processed between Monday and Wednesday, aiming for delivery by Friday. Orders placed after Wednesday will be processed the following Monday. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience and support.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once processed, we cannot make changes.

We take a little pause on UK bank holidays, so there won’t be any dispatches on those days. But don’t worry – your order will be on its way the very next dispatch day. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

The bank holidays in 2025 include: 18 April (Fri), 21 April (Mon), 5 May (Mon), 26 May (Mon), 25 August (Mon), 25 December (Thur), 26 December (Fri).
