Well that's with a normal chicken korma, with our SHICKEN vegan chicken korma version we have gone to extreme lengths to make sure we provide our customers with the same experience and enjoyment of eating a korma. The only difference, we have substituted all the dairy ingredients with vegan alternatives, including cream for coconut cream, yogurt for vegan yogurt and achieved a balance between spice, creaminess and sweetness. Ingredients: Shicken Pieces [Water, Textured Soya Protein, Wheat Protein, Pea Fibres, Pea Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Natural Flavourings, Thickeners (Methyl Cellulose, Konjac Gum), Salt], Korma Sauce [Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Coconut Milk, Coriander, Cumin, Garam Masala, (Coriander, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cumin, Black Pepper, Pimento, Cardamom, Clove, Bay Leaf, Cassia, Nutmeg), Sugar, Salt, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Coriander Leaf, Cardamon, Bay leaf].

Pan Cook From Chilled: Pre-heat frying pan on a medium heat. Remove all packaging and empty contents into the frying pan. Add 1-2 tbsp of water (15ml-30ml). Heat gently over a medium heat for 12 mins, stirring frequently until throughly heated. Serve immediately.
Microwave Cook: Remove the card sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place directly into the microwave. Heat on FULL POWER. Halfway through the cook time peel back the film and add 2tbsp (30ml) of water, stir well and re-cover. Heat on FULL POWER for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 1min, stir before serving. From FROZEN total cook time: 800W or 900W 8mins, From CHILLED total cook time: 800W or 900W 5mins.
Oven Cook: Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°C. Remove the card sleeve and pierce film in several places, place the tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. Oven cook from FROZEN. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 40 mins. from CHILLED. 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. 25 mins.
