Heat pan with oil, sear cabbage wedges cut-side down until deeply charred, then turn and cook until tender (10–12 mins) |

Cook SHICKEN Tikka Kebabs in separate pan until caramelised and heated through (5–6 mins) |

Mix cream, mustard, lemon into a loose sauce |

Plate: spread sauce as base |
