1 pack SHICKEN Tikka Kebabs (small or big)

Veg

1 pointed cabbage (cut into wedges)

Base Sauce

3 tbsp vegan cream or cashew cream, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice

Finish

2 tbsp grated vegan hard cheese (or nutritional yeast), black pepper

Fat

2 tbsp olive oil

Action

Heat pan with oil, sear cabbage wedges cut-side down until deeply charred, then turn and cook until tender (10–12 mins)

Cook SHICKEN Tikka Kebabs in separate pan until caramelised and heated through (5–6 mins)

Mix cream, mustard, lemon into a loose sauce

Plate: spread sauce as base

Layer cabbage + tikka pieces on top

Spoon extra sauce over

Finish with grated vegan cheese + black pepper
