How do you fancy your bowl of Butter Curry?
You have probably met this legendary dish before. Its story is often traced back to mid-20th-century Delhi, and the idea was brilliantly practical: leftover tandoori chicken, cooked over coal fire or in a tandoor, was given a second life in a buttery tomato gravy (a long story, yes, but that is the short and saucy version).
Its original name, murgh makhani, tells you a lot (let me open google translate). Murgh means chicken (now, in our case, SHICKEN, natural, satisfying plant protein), while makhani means buttery or butter-based, referring to that smooth tomato, butter and cream-style gravy.
We make it our way, right here at SHICKEN Kitchen. Tomato paste, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, paprika, turmeric, fenugreek leaves, black cardamom, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red lentil, tamarind and coriander leaves, all in one pot.

FROM FROZEN:
Cut slit into plastic film. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Carefully remove plastic film and stir in 1 tablespoon of water in the curry. Microwave for another 3 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute.
FROM CHILLED:
Cut slit into plastic film. Microwave on full power for 2.5 minutes. Carefully remove plastic film and stir in 1 tablespoon of water in the curry. Microwave for another 2 minutes. Let it sit for 1 minute.
