A dash of lemon juice, a sprinkle of coriander, and a hint of mint leaves complete the ensemble. Grilled to perfection on a barbecue, or in a tandoor, seekh kebabs emerge tender and juicy. Pair them with naan breads, a refreshing raita, and perhaps some green chutney.

INGREDIENTS: Shicken® Pieces [Water, Textured Pea Protein (Pea Protein Isolate, Pea Flour), Pea Starch, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavourings, Thickeners (Methyl Cellulose), Salt], Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Ground Spices, (Paprika, Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds).

Cooking Instructions

Cook From Frozen:
Pan Fry: For best results, pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Cover the exposed skewer with foil. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Cook From CHILLED:
Pan Fry: For best results, pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Grill: Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Cover the exposed skewer with foil. Cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.  

Not suitable for microwave cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Kebabs can also be cooked in an Air-Fryer or on a BBQ, please ensure centre of the kebab reaches minimum of 70 °C for 2 minutes.
