Cook From Frozen: Pan Fry: For best results, pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Cover the exposed skewer with foil. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
Cook From CHILLED: Pan Fry: For best results, pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: Pre heat grill to a medium heat. Cover the exposed skewer with foil. Cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Kebabs can also be cooked in an Air-Fryer or on a BBQ, please ensure centre of the kebab reaches minimum of 70 °C for 2 minutes.
