300g baby potatoes

Pickle

½ red onion (thinly sliced), 2 tbsp vinegar, pinch salt, pinch sugar

Finish

1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion

Fat

1 tbsp oil

Cook SHICKEN Teriyaki Kebabs as per pack instructions

Boil potatoes until tender (10–12 mins), drain

Toss potatoes in oil + salt, lightly crush and pan-fry until golden

Mix sliced onion with vinegar, salt, sugar — set aside to pickle (5–10 mins)

Plate: kebabs, potatoes, pickled onions

Finish with sesame seeds + spring onion
