INGREDIENTS: Shicken® Pieces [Water, Textured Pea Protein, Pea Fibre, Pea Starch, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavourings, Thickeners (Methyl Cellulose), Salt].

For best results, pan fry the pieces with a 1 tablespoon of oil. Cook for 10 minutes, or till the core of the product reaches a minimum of 70C.
