Heating Guidelines

  • Place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C, dampen both sides before cooking.
  • Cook for 2–4 minutes from frozen.
  • Microwave (850W) from frozen for 30 seconds.
  • Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
  • Store at -18°C.
