Shicken® Pieces [Water, Textured Pea Protein (Pea Protein Isolate, Pea Flour), Pea Starch, Potato Protein, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavourings, Thickeners (Methyl Cellulose), Salt], Tandoori Marinade (Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Water, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Turmeric Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Vinegar, Salt).

OVEN
Oven cook from frozen, but can also be barbecued or air fried.
Preheat oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4.
Remove all packaging.
Place the grills on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
Cook for 18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary — this is a guide only.
Cook to at least 70°C internal temperature before consuming.
